Our refund policy is designed to be clear, transparent, and fair, ensuring that your experience with us remains stress-free.
General Terms
DIPO Health Harmony reserves the right to update these rules as necessary, with immediate effect upon publication on dipohealthharmony.com. By using the services provided by DIPO Health Harmony, all buyers are considered to have accepted these rules.
For after-sales issues, buyers must file a return and refund request within up to 180 days of the delivery date ( custom for order), unless otherwise agreed upon by DIPO Health Harmony. Refund requests made beyond this timeframe may be declined at the supplier's discretion.
Refunds will be provided based on the number of units ordered by the customer. For instance: If customer A purchases a 30-day bottle, they are eligible for a refund within 30 days. Similarly, customers with 2 bottles, 3 bottles, 4 bottles, 5 bottles, and 6 bottles corresponding to 60-day, 90-day, 120-day, 150-day, or 180-day uses are eligible for refunds corresponding to their purchase.
Note: DIPO Health Harmony offers refund support for up to 180 days from the purchase date, depending on the product's duration. No refunds will be processed beyond the 180-day limit.
Eligibility for a Refund
Buyers have the right to apply for a full refund if their order has not been shipped out within the stated processing time, as indicated on the order page. Our refund policy lasts for 45 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you are eligible for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
Product Condition: Unopened are eligible for a refund if they are returned in their original packaging. Products that have been fully consumed are not eligible unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
Damaged Packaging: If the product's outer packaging is visibly damaged, torn, or otherwise compromised upon delivery, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
Compromised Product Box: If the product box is not intact (e.g., dented, crushed, or opened), making it clear that the product may have been mishandled during transit, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement.
Signs of Spoilage or Damage: If the product itself shows clear signs of spoilage (e.g., unusual odor, discoloration, or leakage) or has been damaged in a way that affects its intended use, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Product Received: If the product you received does not match the description provided on our website (e.g., incorrect item, size, or quantity), please contact us for a refund or replacement. Ensure you retain all packaging and labels as proof for verification.

Products that have been improperly stored or handled by the customer, leading to spoilage or damage.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or any items not directly related to our supplement product line.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, promotional items, or gift cards.
