I'm not sure if it helped my focus, but I have tons of baby hair growing on my head and I'm not losing anywhere near what I was before taking this. I'm very happy and will order it again.

I have been using this product for awhile now and love it. Some mornings I wake up smiling, so it's great for stress relief.

It seems pretty good. I'm taking one in the morning and one at night. I do seem to be sleeping better at night, and I have massive sleep problems. I've read that it can take up to 10 weeks to take full effect, so I've marked on my calendar so I can see.

While I am uncertain of the mental acuity impact, I can say without question that joint inflammation in my fingers and back has been reduced significantly since starting it. I am hopeful for continued joint improvement. This is listed a secondary impact so I an happily surprised!
